Felicia Giouzelis: How to Build a Badass Life

IMG 2186

She is a spiritual teacher, master healer and all around angelic bad-ass, she’s a Energy Medicine Practitioner, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy Practitioner and Holistic Kinesiologist who’s a master coach helping fast paced individuals in providing healing, peace of mind, clarity and focus along with hosting retreats all over the world, with her last retreat held in Greece and upcoming retreat being held in Colorado.

After a corporate promotion to Assistant Vice President, generating upwards of $3 million dollars in one year alone, Felicia found herself burnt out, depressed and overweight. She had quit her job and started searching for “alternative healing”. Armed with Google and curiosity, Felicia began learning how to heal her body, and had learned how to talk to Spirit. This quest led her to the Akashic Records where her life transformed. Now, as a Spiritual Teacher and Master Healer, she is fortunate to teach others how to access their own Akashic Records and transform their own lives. After being down many paths from film making, the crazy corporate world of sales and marketing, to the 90 hour work weeks in life, Felicia has now transformed into the master healer and spiritual badass.

Words of wisdom:

  • Just start listening to what’s coming through.
  • Many people are feeling lost, they are wanting to be on a path of fulfillment.
  • The mind wants to keep us safe.
  • As children, we are sponges – we are listening and picking up on our parents’ beliefs.
  • People are leaking money and they don’t know where does it go and how.
  • You need to take action and set a course to be successful.
  • We have to resonate energy and then start working towards it.

Routine and rituals:
I usually shift my clients into meditation, but if they aren’t interested in it so I suggest spending time in nature, whether it’s going for a walk or sitting on a park bench. Whatever is going to get you to this place of being peaceful and centered, where you can come back and realize “it’s not as bad as I’m making it”. You firstly need to realize that you’re not in a centered state, to witness and acknowledge the fact that you’re fallen of the track, then you can start doing rituals and implement routines in order to get back into a centered state. It is good to have a solid schedule to stick to, because if you don’t stick to it it’s like saying “other things are more important than me”. Be realistic, don’t set up an hour for something if you know you need realistically 20 minutes. If you know you can commit to 5 minutes for now then commit to 5 minutes, and then when you can do more go ahead and add more time to your schedule.
